The American Schism

The American Schism

American Division Foreword

The United States, according to the pioneer, innovated with a double pillar justifying its withdrawal from Britain.

These two pillars are equality in freedom.  Jefferson's hand in protest for freedom, proclaiming the famous phrase: the pursuit of happiness.

“1 The mixture of these two forms the backbone of our home republic.

They are products of the Enlightenment that provide fairness, representation, humane treatment and quality goals.

But there is also widespread pressure between freedom and equality.

There is widespread pressure behind freedom (an idea that almost implies a patent agreement) and its equivalent (an idea that almost implies freedom).

Some questions that may come up over and over again relate to who we are free from.  What can we do?

How and with what blessings we need to be equal to one another.

How much do we need to be equal to each other?

From our observations, these two sets can and often collide.  From the very beginning, there is a pressure between freedom and equality.

In fact, the pressure between freedom and equality has intensified in the United States.

The pressures between freedom and equality also devastated the United States during the Civil War and the difficulty of rebuilding it during reconstruction.

The lack of this pressure dates back to the revolutionary period. When Patrick Henry delivered his infamous speech at the 2nd Virginia Convention in 1775.

"Give me freedom or give me death!"  - He has a different idea of   freedom.  You didn't expect this to be open to interpretation.

Henry was a staunch anti-federalist who wanted to limit the power of civilian government in order to maximize the independence of personal power. There is".

Overall, however, the other Founding Fathers did not have a monolithic perception of freedom.

John Adams, on the other hand, was a federal member who wanted a larger central government than popular democracies like Thomas Jefferson.

Maybe that's why Adams might violate the first amendment to the Bill of Rights by insulting a foreigner.

Jefferson, on the other hand, was lenient in his interpretation of the Henry's perception of freedom.

4 Some of Jefferson's notorious passages can be read as aimed at limiting centralized government and thus freeing the people.

Men should refrain from harming each other by allowing them to freely organize their help and reinforce their hobbies.

And not take their mouths out of them to make the patron he has.

At the same time, President Jefferson approved the Louisiana purchase, thereby increasing the size of the civilian government.

An important conflict in different views of freedom arose between celebrities during the establishment, before the civil war in the south, and during reconstruction.

The reconstruction challenged the validity of Henry's understanding of freedom.

In short, Henry believes that during the Civil War, black Americans fought a war different from the one the author fought.

The authors fought for independence from the hegemonic state of Britain.  Blacks fought for freedom from property, state and licensed slavery.

However, in the sense of abolitionism and subsequent reconstruction, it is essential.  The pioneers of the revolution fought for legacy or inherited monarchy and quality.

Likewise, trying to reorganize the movement for abolition of the death penalty and for equality is a battle against "genetic dignity", "monarchy" and "quality" of white skin.

Each battle is fought against real estate or government-approved levels that violate the established belief that "everyone is equal."

Recovery is also an attempt to expand and fulfill the compass of our beliefs.

It is an attempt to integrate the non-white community into the mainstream of American civilization and culture.

As we know, constitutional freedom did not extend to other groups or gentlemen, with the exception of white men, who did.

During the reconstruction, freedom was given to blacks, and in the second half of the 20th century - to women and the working class.

As a result, this attempt to rebuild what Jefferson called a protester would reveal yet another perception that its meaning has changed in the equivalent of a new era.

Equality requires more government involvement.

A stronger civilian government would ensure equal treatment of minors, which is not provided for in the “original constitution”.

The problem is that those who agreed with the Gospel of Henry were not part of the desire to "restore" what they once thought was a perfectly developed government.

I repeat the old news, the most famous description is South.  It was conservative anger in the form of white supremacists, new allies and the Ku Klux Klan (KKK).

Gradually, due to racist provocation, these groups viewed the restoration as an unfair shackle to their lives and values.

And that shackle was the American who voluntarily agreed to the freedom enunciated in the original constitution.

For example, for people who perfectly support Jefferson Davis, the government is strong enough to end slavery and freedom. As Jefferson Davis said

We feel that our purpose is correct and holy.  We violently protest in front of mankind that we want peace at the expense of honor and freedom.

We are not striving to conquer, promote, or make concessions from states that have recently joined the coalition.

All we want is to leave it alone. Those who have never owned us no longer want us to take weapons.

This is what we do, this we have to resist extremely.

If this claim is abandoned, the sword will fall into our hands and we will be ready to conclude a friendship and trade agreement, but this cannot be mutually beneficial.

As long as this claim continues, we will continue to fight for our inviolable right to freedom, independence and autonomy, relying firmly on this divine power to protect justification.

It was already a violation to release slaves.

The idea of   including them in the blank is strictly prohibited by the Bill of Rights, which guarantees individual freedom, especially freedom of association.

In other words, the newly "reconstructed" Constitution was in direct breach of Henry's vision for America and had to oppose such progressive actions.

Since then, competing views on the nature of the country have rebelled and contradicted each other.

As human beings, many of the issues we discuss culturally and politically arise from the differences between the priorities of freedom and the priorities of equality.

This article claims that there was a division between these two pillars (freedom and equality) at the same time, and that Americans adopted this division.

The writer articulates the major abstract issues that remain to this day: how free are we?

How much do we really want to be equal to each other?

7 Each answer to each question weakens the power of answering another question.

If society is unconditionally free, it must not be unconditionally equal.  If society is unconditionally equal, it must not be unconditionally free.

The answers to these questions refer to the exact regions of the spectrum, and each region is different.

Finally, this paper discusses what the competing views on freedom and equality between

American reconstructions and reconstructions (the reconstructions that some continue to do today) constitute in a just America. Claims that it was.

The book "The American Schism" is a book about political ideologies, the division of our country and the power of the American people.

Its main goal is to unite America and prevent the growth of extremist groups.

This is the first of its kind to tackle the schism problem and offer solutions for its repercussions.
